Lijian Meng, Professor of Institute Superior de Engnharia do Porto, Portugal. His Research fellow in Physics Center of University of Minho. His research field mainly focuses on Physics. He did 1983, BSc in Physics, Jilin University, China and 1986, MSc in Physics, Changchun Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Science, China and 1994, PhD in Physics, University of Minho, Portugal.
