Biography
Dr. Sobolev is the Associate Professo of i3N. His research primararily focuses in the field of electronics and quantum physics applications. He has won the first prize for the best scientific work from the Institute of Solid State Semiconductor Physics and is into the field of research since 1976.He has several publications in this field.
